We’re back.
Still sheltered in place. Still bored.
We decided to take a crack at this super emo tune.
Super cute song about separation, while being trapped inside with your significant other. ๐๐๐๐
We just sorted hacked this thing together. It’s sloppy.
Lots of first takes, just to get things together, since there was way more work.
This was certainly our most ambitious cover.
Disclaimer. I am not a drummer. It took like 30 minutes to get a usable 30 second take. The drums were invented by Dr. Suess, and you’ll never convince me otherwise. I suppose I am not a singer either, but at least I don’t need 4 limbs operating independently for that.
Shout out to Andi what was probably one of my favorite performances of hers. We played around with a little pitch correction / auto tune to try and be stylistically accurate. Like the OG version.
